The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the experience to provide timely on-site and remote support to clients, while coordinating with customers to understand service requirements and ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, CS or related field.
• 4–5 years hands-on experience in Access Control, FAS, CCTV, and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain access control, CCTV, FAS, and BMS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in security and automation systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per service schedules.
• Configure and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and system software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime for client installations.
• Coordinate with customers to understand service requirements and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Support system upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to end users when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
