Job summary

Allied Digital is seeking field service engineers to install, configure and commission CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems across client sites in Mumbai and surrounding areas. The role covers IP cameras, NVR/DVR, biometric access solutions, door controllers, and alarm panels, with troubleshooting and NFPA/local code compliance in demanding environments.

You will coordinate with OEMs such as Hikvision, Dahua, and Honeywell, work in teams, and ensure system uptime while maintaining safety

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission IP/Analog CCTV systems.
• Configure NVR/DVR, cameras, switches and storage.
• IP addressing, camera calibration and network integration.
• Troubleshoot CCTV faults and ensure system uptime.
• Coordinate with OEMs (Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell).
• Install and configure biometric/RFID/access control systems.
• Integrate door controllers, readers and software platforms.
• Set up user management and database configuration.
• Troubleshoot access control hardware and software issues.
• Ensure security compliance as per project requirements.
• Install and commissioning of fire detection and alarm systems.
• Configure smoke detectors, heat detectors, MCPs and hooters.
• Panel programming and loop testing.
• Coordinate with safety compliance teams and authorities.
• Ensure adherence to NFPA/local codes.
