Job summary

Saur Energy International in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot ELV and security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Servers and Building Management Systems (BMS). You should have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in these domains, solid networking knowledge, and the ability to read drawings.

The role involves traveling to client sites, diagnosing issues, delivering timely support, and generating clear maintenance documentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/instrumentation or CS.
• 4–5 years hands-on experience in access control, FAS, CCTV, servers, and BMS.
• Solid networking knowledge and ability to read schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain Access Control, CCTV, FAS, and BMS systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues in security systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per service schedules.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support ELV and security systems, including Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), CCTV Surveillance Systems, Servers, and Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of Access Control, CCTV, FAS, and BMS systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in security and automation systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per service schedules.
• Configure and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and system software related to security platforms.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime for client installations.
• Coordinate with customers to understand service requirements and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Support system upgrades, expansions, and migration activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in:
