Medibuddy is seeking an Executive in Mumbai to onboard hospitals and clinics to the Medibuddy Network, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive daily onboarding targets.

The role involves visiting providers on the ground, addressing queries, negotiating terms, collecting documents, and entering data in Excel/Google Sheets and internal portals. Candidates should have 5+ years in healthcare and strong communication in English, Hindi, and a regional language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals/clinics on the ground daily to onboard providers.
• Handle provider queries and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.

Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.

Executive will be responsible for Onboarding Hospitals/clinics on Medibuddy Network , communication with Internal stakeholders, managing, coaching & driving daily onboarding target of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday
• Handling Providers queries and questions and providing solutions by coordinating with internal teams
• Negotiating with providers and Collecting provider documents
• Doing data entry in excel/google sheets and on internal portals
• Coordinating with Internal teams to gather information and close tasks

Desired Profile

Skills

• Undergraduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Mandatory
• Good understanding of Google sheet/Excel
• Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills
• Ability to prioritize and negotiate
• Prior experience in customer service/ Partner support
