Medibuddy is seeking an energetic Onboarding Executive to manage hospital onboarding and provider coordination in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves field visits, clear communication, and data entry in Sheets, coordinating with internal teams to close tasks and support partner providers.

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and 5+ years in healthcare, with strong Excel skills and multi-language communication (Hindi, English, regional language).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment with active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize and negotiate with providers.
• Experience in customer service/ partner support.

Responsibilities

• Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday.

Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.Executive will be responsible for Onboarding Hospitals/clinics on Medibuddy Network , communication with Internal stakeholders, managing, coaching & driving daily onboarding target of the team.This is an ideal role for someone looking to learn fast, create a footprint and grow with one of the largest, most innovative companies in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday
