Job summary

Bharat Serums and Vaccines is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead territory coverage and drive pharma product promotion across frontline teams in Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for achieving targets, developing staff capabilities, and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and stockists.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma sales as a first-line manager, with a Bachelor of Pharmacy preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience in the pharma industry as a 1st line manager.
Preferred Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Strong people and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned area targets.
Ensure effective and economical coverage of all territories by frontline staff.
Equip frontline staff with the right doctor list and market knowledge.
Ensure regular coverage of doctors and maintain stockist relations.
Lead monthly territory targets and coach frontline teams.
Conduct cycle meetings and action plans to improve results.
Develop frontline staff for higher responsibilities.
Meet with anaesthetists, surgeons and intensivists to promote products.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

To ensure achievement of assigned Area Targets.
To ensure effective and economical coverage of all territories in the area by Front Line Field Executives on a regular basis.
To ensure that Front Line Field Staffs have the right selection of Doctors.
To ensure that Front Line Field Staffs are up to date on Market knowledge.
To ensure regular coverage of Doctors and connect with stockists
To cover all territories as per tour plan with team
To assign monthly targets for each territory and coaching Front Line Field Staffs
To conduct cycle meetings assess past performance, draw action plans and ensure implementation of the same.
To develop the Front Line Field Staffs to take higher responsibilities
To provide feedback on Front Line Field Staffs attitude.
To gather information on Hospital budgets inquires & rate ensure approval & consumption of products.
Ensure that adequate stockiest are maintained for each territory & maintain good relations with them.
To operate as a role model for Front Line Field Staffs.
Super Speciality, Emergency Medicine ,Critical Care and Antibiotic. Corporate Hospital Exp is mandatory. Injectable and Vaccines Experience. Meeting Anaesthetist, General Surgeon, Cardiac Surgeon, and Intensivist

Preferred candidate profile :

Education Science Graduates preferably Bachelor of Pharmacy

Experience – 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, in Pharma Industry as 1st line manager.
