Job summary

Visit Health is expanding its provider network across Maharashtra and beyond, seeking a proactive professional to manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and radiology labs. The role focuses on expansion, empanelment, and tariff negotiations to enable cost-effective, seamless primary and secondary care.

With at least four years in healthcare or provider network management, you will drive renewals, pricing terms, and stakeholder engagement while staying attuned to market

• Lead the expansion and strengthening of the health & wellness provider network.
• Drive tie-ups and empanelment of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and radiology labs for PPMC.
• Manage renewals, contracts, and tariff negotiations with providers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers for sustainable partnerships.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new providers into the network.
• Monitor and analyze costs, provider performance, and market trends.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional in our Provider Network department to join our high-energy team. The role involves expanding, engaging, and managing healthcare provider partnerships in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of the PAN India healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion and strengthening of the health & wellness provider network.
• Drive tie‑ups and empanelment of hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and radiology labs for PPMC.
• Manage renewals, contracts, and tariff negotiations, ensuring the best pricing and service terms.
• Build and maintain long‑t e ranging relationships with healthcare providers for sustainable partnerships.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new providers into the network.
• Monitor and analyze costsavings, provider performance, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate provider records and ensure regular updates in the database.
• Address and resolve provider‑related queries and operational challenges within defined TAT.
• Stay across the healthcare industry trends and competitive benchmark in PAN India.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum four years of experience in healthcare or provider network management.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and existing provider network.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in provider empanelment, tariff negotiations, and network expansion.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in network expansion for hospitals, diagnostics, and clinics is a must.
