Job summary

Medibuddy is seeking a Network Associate/Senior Associate who will be on the ground visiting hospitals and clinics, onboarding them onto the Medibuddy Network, and liaising with internal stakeholders to hit daily onboarding targets.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, has experience in provider support or customer service, and can coordinate across teams while using Google Sheets and Excel to track progress.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize and negotiate.
• Prior experience in customer service/partner support.

Responsibilities

• Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday.
