Job summary

Arteo Controls is seeking energetic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of electrical appliances including smart switches, room heaters, air coolers, geysers, and dishwashers.

You will visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, generate sales, and develop new networks while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Travel within the assigned territory is expected, with incentives and training supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Field Sales, Dealer Sales, or Distributor Sales.
• Experience in Electrical, Electronics, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, or related industry preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
