Job summary

Prudent Capital is seeking a Field Sales professional in Chennai to visit customers, build relationships, and drive sales growth across the territory.

You will identify opportunities, demonstrate products, and follow up on leads while maintaining robust customer relationships and reporting on activities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to visit customers and do field work.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate business.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new customer relationships.
• Explain and promote company products/services to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• 2-5 years of experience in field sales preferred.

• Must be comfortable with customer visits and field work.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
