Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is seeking sales professionals in India to drive direct sales of company products and services in the assigned branch area. You will handle enquiry calls within the specified TAT and generate leads through door-to-door activity and cold calls.

You will also submit daily reports, conduct weekly BTL activities, and participate in on-ground events to counter competition, aiming to maximize area utilization. A valid two-wheeler and driving license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in direct sales
• Experience in door-to-door sales
• Own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
• Attend all enquiry calls within TAT
• Generate own leads via door-to-door activity and cold calls
• Submit daily call reports to branch Sales In charge
• Conduct weekly BTL activity (kiosk, leaflets, brochure distribution)
• Participate in on-ground/group activities to counter competition
• Generate sales from underutilized capacity in the area
• Assist branch Sales In charge in sales planning for the area

Role & responsibilities

• Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
• Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT
• Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area
• Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge
• Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc
• Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition
• Generating sales from Low Utilized Element with in the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization
• Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 1-6 years experience in Direct Sales
• Should have experience of door to door sales
• Must have a two wheeler along with a valid driving license
