Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Madurai region. You will sell company products/services to targeted customers, attend enquiries within TAT, and generate own leads through door-to-door and cold calls.

You will also submit daily reports, participate in on-ground activities to counter competition, and assist in sales planning to maximize capacity utilization in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1-3 years experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/EB Sales/Direct Sales.
• Experience as Sales Executive in Service Sector / Post Paid Sales, preferably with ISP / Telecom Direct Marketing / Financial Sections/ FMCG.
• Door to door sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products/services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
• Attend all enquiry calls within TAT.
• Generate own leads by door-to-door activity and cold calls in the assigned area.
• Submit daily call reports to branch Sales In charge.
• Conduct weekly BTL activity through kiosk activity / leafleting / flyer distribution etc.
• Participate in on-ground activities to counter competition.
• Generate sales from low-utilized elements in the area to maximize capacity utilization.
• Assist Branch Sales In charge in preparing the sales plan for the area.

• Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned Projects

Role Description

• Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area.


• Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge.


• Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.


• Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition.


• Generating sales from Low Utilized Element with in the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization


• Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area

• Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets.

Recruitment Specifications

Education:

• Should have min 1-3 years experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/EB Sales/Direct Sales
