Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) in Chennai is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in assigned projects and meeting sales targets. You will sell company products/services to targeted customers, handle enquiries within TAT, and generate own leads through door-to-door activity and cold calls in the assigned area.

You will submit daily reports, conduct weekly promotional activities, and participate in on-ground events to counter competition while assisting in sales planning for the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1–3 years experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/EB Sales/Direct Sales.
• Experience as Sales Executive in Service Sector / Post Paid Sales, preferably ISP/ Telecom Direct Marketing / Financial sectors / FMCG.
• Should have door-to-door sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets through assigned projects and areas.
• Sell products/services to targeted customers in the branch area.
• Attend enquiry calls within TAT and generate own leads via field activity and cold calls.
• Submit daily call reports to the branch Sales In charge.
• Conduct weekly BTL activities (kiosk, leaflets, flyers) and on-ground events.
• Assist in sales plan preparation for the area and counter competition.

Purpose of the Role

• Responsible for meeting sales target through the Assigned Projects

Role Description

• Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch.
• Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT.
• Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area.
• Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge.
• Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.
• Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition.
• Generating sales from Low Utilized Element with in the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization
• Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area

Key Result Areas

• Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets.

Recruitment Specifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent is mandatory

Work Experience:

• Should have min 1-3 years experience in Channel Sales/Institutional sales/EB Sales/Direct Sales
• Experience as Sales Executive in Service Sector / Post Paid Sales, preferably with ISP / Telecom Direct Marketing / Financial Sections/ FMCG etc.
• Should have experience of door to door sales.
