Eltron Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is looking for a Field Sales Executive to visit homeowners and apartment associations with leads provided, inspect sites, explain the solar system and subsidies, and close sales.

You will collect documents and coordinate with the installation team, updating every visit in the CRM. The role requires a two-wheeler with a valid licence, Kannada and Hindi fluency, and a graduation with 1 year of field sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication

Qualifications

• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
• Good spoken Kannada and Hindi; basic English.
• Any graduate; 1 year of field sales experience in any product preferred, freshers with strong communication welcome.

What you will do

• Visit homeowners and apartment associations who have enquired about rooftop solar (leads provided)
• Inspect the site, explain the system, savings and PM Surya Ghar subsidy
• Share quotations, follow up and close the sale
• Collect documents and coordinate with the installation team
• Update every visit and deal in the CRM

What we need

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
• Good spoken Kannada and Hindi; basic English
• Any graduate; 1 year of field sales experience in any product preferred, freshers with strong communication welcome
• Comfortable with daily travel across Bengaluru and monthly targets
