Job summary

Nest Partners Private Ltd is hiring a Field Executive to cover Bengaluru. The role involves visiting residential properties, onboarding, inspections, and documenting with photos and videos. You will coordinate visits with tenants and owners and support handovers, with travel across Bengaluru as required.

The ideal candidate should own a two-wheeler, have a valid license, and be comfortable using a smartphone and Nest Partners App to update field activities. Kannada and Hindi are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid two-wheeler driving license is required.
• Own two-wheeler is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and local areas.
• Smartphone and mobile app usage proficiency.
• Strong communication skills with basic English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
• Kannada and Hindi are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visiting residential properties across Bengaluru.
• Property onboarding, move-in & move-out inspections.
• Taking property photos & videos.
• Checking fixtures, furniture, appliances & inventory.
• Conducting inventory counts through the Nest Partners App.
• Coordinating property visits with tenants & owners.
• Supporting key collection & handover.
• Coordinating maintenance inspections when required.
• Updating all field activities through the app.
• Reporting property issues to the internal team.
