Job summary

NorthBridge Infra Energy Private Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to expand our rooftop solar business across residential and C&I customers. The role involves identifying prospects, conducting field visits, understanding electricity consumption, presenting solar solutions, and driving opportunities to closure.

You will build relationships with homeowners, RWAs, commercial establishments, factories, schools and hospitals in Ghaziabad and nearby NCR markets, manage a strong sales pipeline, and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical products, building materials, HVAC or similar field-sales businesses is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals and local networks.
• Engage with homeowners, RWAs, commercial establishments, factories, schools and hospitals.
• Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption and site suitability for rooftop solar.
• Explain project economics, including expected generation, savings, payback, subsidies and net metering.
• Coordinate site surveys and work with the technical team to prepare proposals.
• Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and follow up with customers to close orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.
• Develop relationships and referral networks across Ghaziabad and nearby NCR markets.

The role will involve identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, understanding their electricity consumption and requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and driving opportunities through to order closure.

• Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption and site suitability for rooftop solar.

• Coordinate site surveys and work with the technical team to prepare proposals.
• Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and follow up with customers through order closure.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.
• Develop relationships and referral networks across Ghaziabad and nearby NCR markets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma holder with 2-5 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical products, building materials, HVAC or similar field-sales businesses will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with cold prospecting and extensive field work.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and focused on converting opportunities into sales.
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Linked Incentives
