Flipkart Minutes Food seeks an energetic Operations Executive to drive field onboarding of restaurants across Bangalore. This is a 100% field-first, onsite role requiring daily travel, target orientation, and vendor relationship building.

Candidates should have proven field sales experience, be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English, own a two-wheeler, and be prepared for a 6-month contractual engagement with a 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Onboard unlisted restaurants and vendors onto Flipkart Minutes Food daily.
• Territory ownership and consistent coverage of assigned areas.
• Collect, verify and submit vendor documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and restaurants.
• Drive vendor acquisition through direct field visits and promotions.

Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Operations Executives to join the Flipkart Minutes Food division. This is a 100% fieldfirst role, requiring daily travel across Bangalore to onboard vendors and restaurants. Candidates must be comfortable with targets, ambiguity, and relationshipdriven sales.

• Experience: Proven track record in field sales. Ideal backgrounds include FMCG, Insurance, Bank/Credit Cards (e.g., Amex), or Foodtech onboarding.
  
• Languages: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  
• Mobility: Must own a twowheeler and be comfortable with daily field travel (petrol expenses reimbursed).
  
• Role Nature & Targets: Expected to physically meet 1015 brands every day (6day work week).
  

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Onboarding: Step out daily to onboard unlisted restaurants and vendors onto the Flipkart Minutes Food platform.
  
• Territory Ownership: Manage assigned areas, ensuring consistent coverage and onboarding progress.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and submit vendor documentation accurately.
  
• Internal Coordination: Handle endtoend onboarding and liaise with internal teams for smooth workflows.
  
• Relationship Management: Build strong connections with vendors and restaurants to drive longterm engagement.
  
• Field Sales Execution: Drive vendor acquisition through direct field visits and relationship building. Promote Flipkart Minutes Food offerings and explain benefits to potential partners.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
  
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, field sales, or vendor onboarding.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Bangalore.
