Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive in Chandigarh to drive on-field B2C sales of FMCG food products. You will visit consumer hubs and residential areas daily, demonstrate products, meet targets, and execute local marketing setups.

The role requires a minimum 1 year FMCG experience (food industry), owning a two-wheeler with valid licence, and fluency in the local language. Strong stamina and high-energy sales approach are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

1. On-Field B2C Sales & Activities

• Conduct daily field visits to target consumer hubs and residential areas.
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell FMCG food products directly to consumers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Execute local B2C marketing setups and promotional field activities.

2. Customer Handling & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary face of the brand for retail consumers.
• Resolve customer queries, objections, and complaints on the spot.
• Collect direct consumer feedback to help improve product offerings.
• Build long-term trust to ensure repeat product purchases.

3. Operations & Reporting

• Travel extensively across the assigned local territory using your own bike.
• Manage daily stock handling, cash collection, and digital payments safely.
• Submit daily sales tracking and activity reports to the Sales Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) considered.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG (specifically the Food Industry).
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid Driving Licence.
• Language: Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
• Traits: Strong physical stamina for field activity and a high-energy sales approach.
