Job summary

Freecharge in Bangalore is seeking a Field KYC & Merchant Onboarding Executive to visit merchants, collect and validate KYC documents, and support the Sales team in onboarding merchants.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fintech, digital payments, banking, NBFC, POS, QR, or merchant onboarding is preferred.
• Comfortable with field visits and daily travel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with merchants and Sales teams.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/mobile applications for updating onboarding status.
• Knowledge of digital payments/payment gateways is good to have, but not mandatory.
• Candidates comfortable communicating in Kannada, Hindi, and English will be preferred.
