Job summary

TalentPro is seeking dynamic service professionals to join our Service Team across multiple locations in India. You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Transit Mixers and construction equipment on-site.

You will work closely with customers to maximize uptime and uphold service standards. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with heavy machinery, strong diagnostic skills, and good communication to handle customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Service: Carry out regular preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs for Transit Mixers and heavy construction machinery.
• Fault Diagnosis: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer service requests, manage complaints, and ensure high equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Installation & Commissioning: Assist with the setup, commissioning, and initial testing of new equipment on-site.
• Service Documentation: Prepare precise service reports, maintain field service logs, and complete job sheets accurately.
• Safety & Standards: Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the spare parts and technical support teams to secure necessary parts and resolve complex technical problems.

About the Role

Educational Qualification & Skills

• Education:
  
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines OR
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience & Skills:
  
  • Hands-on experience working with heavy machinery, hydraulic systems, or construction equipment.
  • Strong technical diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
