We are seeking a FieldRecruiter to oversee the recruitmentprocess for our sales roles in Odisha Location. The ideal candidate should be proficient in identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates from thelocal talent pool. They should have in-depth knowledge of the regions recruitmentdynamics, be fluent in the local language(s), and understand the nuances of thelocal job market.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing,and selecting the best candidates to fulfill sales-related roles across variousdepartments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• SourcingCandidates - Proactivelysource and identify potential candidates for sales positions throughvarious channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals,and direct outreach.
• Screening and Interviewing - Conductinitial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications,experience, and fit for the sales roles.
• Managing the recruitment process - Manageend-to-end recruitment for sales roles, ensuring a smooth process fromjob posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers - Workclosely with sales team leaders and hiring managers to understand thespecific requirements for each role, ensuring alignment with jobdescriptions and expectations.
