Job summary

Gig4u (A subsidiary of 2Coms Consulting Pvt. Ltd.) in Pune is seeking energetic Field Recruiters to support last mile delivery hiring. You will recruit delivery boys, riders and warehouse staff by visiting local areas and hubs to source candidates and ensure quick onboarding.

Eligible candidates: fresher or up to 1 year in recruitment/field hiring; willing to travel and work on-field; confident, proactive and result-driven. Day shift with fixed Sunday off and 2nd & 4th Saturday off.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders, and warehouse staff
• Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates
• Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions
• Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
• Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
• Day Shift
• Week Off: Sunday fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday
