This role involves end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and mid-level staff such as drivers, helpers, mechanics/technicians, and support staff. The ideal candidate should have strong field recruitment experience, local sourcing networks, and excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Recruitment: Actively travel to various cities, rural areas, training centers, and local markets to identify and recruit candidates for operational roles.
• Hiring for Multiple Levels: Recruit for roles such as truck drivers, trailer drivers, helpers, vehicle technicians, cleaners, and operational support staff.
• Local Sourcing: Use local contacts, agents, institutes, mechanic shops, and field networks to find suitable candidates.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Interview and assess candidate background, experience, and availability to match company requirements.
• Travel Requirements: Must be open to extensive field travel across India as per hiring needs.
