Job summary

Genius Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking an E-commerce Recruiter (Field / Volume Hiring) to lead on-ground hiring for last-mile delivery riders, pickers, and packers. You will coordinate field mobilization, multi-channel sourcing, daily line-ups, and screening to ensure timely joining.

The role requires 1–4 years in high-volume recruitment, a two-wheeler with a valid DL, Kannada fluency with basic English/Hindi, and a target-driven mindset to handle volume pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in high-volume/blue-collar/last-mile/gig-workforce recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for delivery/marketplace partners preferred.
• 2-wheeler with valid license recommended for field work.
• Fluent in Kannada; basic English or Hindi.

Responsibilities

• On-ground high-volume hiring of last-mile riders, pickers and packers.
• Field mobilisation, multi-channel sourcing, daily candidate line-ups.
• Screening, document verification, and dropout management till joining.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Roll

Responsible for high-volume, on-ground hiring of last-mile delivery riders, pickers & packers. Includes field/catchment mobilization, multi-channel sourcing, daily candidate line-ups, screening, document verification, and dropout management till joining.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience in high-volume / blue-collar / last-mile / gig-workforce hiring (prior experience hiring for Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Shadowfax or vendor partners preferred)
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (mandatory for field work)
• Fluent in Kannada; working knowledge of English or Hindi
• Target-oriented, comfortable with field hiring and volume pressure
