Job summary

Gig4u is hiring a Field Recruiter – Last Mile Delivery in Mumbai. This role focuses on recruiting delivery boys, riders, and warehouse staff by visiting local areas and sourcing candidates for quick onboarding.

The ideal candidate is energetic, willing to travel, and able to meet daily/weekly hiring targets while coordinating onboarding steps and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring.
• Willingness to travel and work on-field.
• Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders, and warehouse staff.
• Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions.
• Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Day shift; Sunday off, 2nd & 4th Saturday off.
