Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking to recruit riders for delivery operations, handling end-to-end rider hiring and sourcing through multiple channels to meet daily and monthly manpower needs. You will conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected riders while maintaining hiring MIS and aligning with Operations on priorities and targets.

• Handle end-to-end rider hiring for delivery operations.
• Source candidates through local hiring, references, job portals, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Manage volume hiring as per daily and monthly manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected riders.
• Maintain daily hiring, joining, and sourcing MIS.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Drive local market mapping and identify new sourcing channels.
• Follow up with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Ensure hiring targets and TAT are achieved consistently.
