Job summary

Black Cats Consulting is seeking a Field Representative in Bengaluru to lead rider onboarding, deployment, and day-to-day rider operations, coordinating with riders and internal teams for smooth field execution.

You will conduct end-to-end onboarding, verify documents, activate riders, support them during onboarding, resolve issues with internal teams, maintain records, and visit fields to ensure compliance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations or onboarding is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to field sites as needed.
