Job summary

Housewise Services is seeking an operations professional to visit properties for onboarding, tenant search, and move-ins, while overseeing maintenance and vendor quality.

You will prepare inspection reports via the Housewise App, ensure high-quality tenants are found within timelines, and manage operations independently amid shifting priorities. Full-time role requiring city travel and a two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not mandatory 2 - 10 years of experience in an operations role.
• Willingness to travel within the city and ownership of a two-wheeler.
• Available for full-time work with no part-timers.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to onboard, search tenants, and manage move in/out.
• Monitor vendor maintenance and ensure quality delivery.
• Prepare property inspection reports using Housewise App.
• Ensure timely tenant placements to avoid vacancies.
• Manage operations independently with minimal oversight.
• Adapt to changing priorities as directed by managers.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:-

1. He/She will physically visit the properties assigned to complete property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out.
2. Physically visit to monitor the maintenance work performed by vendors. Ensure quality delivery
3. Prepare inspection reports of the property using Housewise App.
4. Ensure that the tenants of high quality are found within timelines and that the property does not remain vacant.
5. He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.
6. Be able to work with different but ever changing priorities as per instructions from managers.

Desired candidate profile:-

• Desirable but not mandatory 2 - 10 years of experience working in an operations role.
• Experience in managing operations in logistics/fulfillment/service delivery/supply chain/banking/financial/e-commerce/telecom/manufacturing domain will be preferred.
• Candidate should be good in communication skills.
• Candidate must be comfortable with travelling within the city and should own a two-wheeler.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Candidate should be available for full-time. No part-timers will be considered.
• Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
• Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
