Housr in Pune is seeking an experienced Operations & Facilities Lead to manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties. You will oversee repair, maintenance, and ticketing, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, quality control, and data-driven improvements to deliver a premium resident experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Facilities, Vendor Management, or Property Management.
• Extensive knowledge of the Pune market, local vendors, pricing, and dynamics.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, repair & maintenance, ticketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across properties.
• Manage repair & maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, civil, appliances, and other facility-related requirements.
• Handle end-to-end ticketing, ensuring timely resolution within defined TATs and SLAs.
• Manage vendors including onboarding, coordination, work allocation, performance tracking, negotiations, and payments.
• Build and maintain a strong network of local vendors and service providers across Pune.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Identify recurring issues, implement preventive measures, and improve operational processes.
• Drive cost optimization, quality control, and operational efficiency through data-driven decisions.
• Ensure a premium, professional, and hassle-free experience for residents/customers.
