You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with government rules, while traveling to sites in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
• Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
• Knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
• Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
• Familiar with government and statutory compliance.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in residential facility management.

Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
