Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to join our Founding Team. The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our operations function to ensure the seamless execution of property acquisition, refurbishment, and buyer operations processes. This multifaceted role encompasses overseeing the entire buyer journey, from pre-contact to closing, while also spearheading refurbishment and maintenance activities for the properties we acquire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations & Procurement, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.

Responsibilities
