Role & responsibilities

• Operational Site Support: Conduct regular visits to all commercial and retail operational sites to inspect processes, resolve site issues, and provide on-ground operational support.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage day-to-day requirements, operational escalations, and service delivery.
• Recruitment Support : Coordinate with site managers to identify staffing needs and actively support the hiring process for on-site personnel as required.
• Compliance & Audits: Participate in and represent the company during internal, client, and statutory compliance audits across all designated facilities.
• Site Training: Facilitate and conduct practical training sessions for site staff on operational workflows, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain site visit logs, attendance reports, and operational documentation using standard office applications.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
• Vehicle & Licensing: Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for daily site travel; proficiency in driving both automatic and manual four-wheelers with a valid driving license.
• Sector Experience: Prior operational experience in commercial, facilities management, or retail operations is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations for daily reporting.
