FLO Mobility in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a hands-on Field Operations professional to support day-to-day activities across project sites, assist onboarding, and travel between cities as required to keep operations running smoothly.

This role emphasizes site coordination with engineers, supervisors, and vendors, real-time issue resolution, and driving on-ground productivity while maintaining trackers and timely updates to the central team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities across project locations.
• Assist onboarding and operational setup at new sites.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, operators, contractors, and vendors; act as a bridge between field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain operational trackers and share updates with the central operations team; escalate critical issues.

Role & responsibilities

Field Operations & Execution

• Support day-to-day operational activities across project locations.
• Assist in onboarding and operational setup at new sites.
• Travel across locations based on business and operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution and timely coordination across teams.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, operators, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as a bridge between field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Support real-time issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Operational Efficiency & Productivity Improvement

• Observe on-ground workflows and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with teams to improve coordination, execution efficiency, and overall site productivity.
• Support implementation of operational processes and execution standards.

Workforce & Operations Support

• Coordinate with operators and field teams for daily operational activities.
• Support attendance tracking, reporting, and execution follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and site requirements.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain operational trackers, execution updates, and field reports.
• Share structured operational updates with the central operations team.
• Escalate critical operational challenges in a timely manner.
