Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across multiple project locations to lead and support day-to-day field operations, ensuring seamless on-ground execution.
• Drive new site onboarding and setup through regular travel, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring timely project mobilization.
• Observe on-ground workflows to identify and propose operational improvement opportunities.
• Support the rollout of new operational processes and execution standards.
• Coordinate directly with site engineers, supervisors, operators, contractors, and vendors.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between field teams and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate operators and field teams for daily activities, including attendance tracking and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers and field reports, sharing structured updates with the central operations team.
• Promptly escalates critical issues to ensure timely resolution.

As an Operations Associate, you will directly enable the real-world impact of our technology by managing critical field operations across active project sites. This is a highly execution-oriented, onsite role for a proactive individual comfortable with significant field exposure, intercity travel, and fast-paced environments.
