Job Purpose
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of field operations across multiple accounts, regions, and concurrent campaigns. Manage field teams, resources, logistics, vendors, and event schedules while ensuring consistent execution quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Field Strategy & Planning
- Develop field operations strategy for large-scale, multi-region campaigns.
- Plan and allocate crews, equipment, and vehicles across simultaneous events.
- Develop standardized SOPs, checklists, and field processes.
- Forecast operational costs and prepare budgets with the Account Management team.
Team & Regional Management
- Lead and mentor Field Managers and Field Coordinators across regions.
- Deploy and reallocate photographers, videographers, and field executives based on campaign priorities.
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent quality across locations.
Large-Scale Event Operations
- Oversee rallies, roadshows, multi-day campaign tours, and other major events.
- Coordinate field requirements with Creative and Broadcasting teams.
- Act as the escalation point for on-ground crises, security concerns, and last-minute changes.
- Conduct post-event reviews and drive process improvements.
Vendor, Equipment & Logistics Management
- Manage and negotiate with equipment rental, transport, and local logistics vendors.
- Plan equipment and inventory requirements across multiple field teams.
- Ensure vendor quality, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics across rural and urban locations.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with Account Managers and client-side campaign teams on field requirements and timelines.
- Provide field readiness reports, operational updates, and status reports to leadership.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in multi-location field operations and resource planning.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Proven experience managing dispersed, multi-regional teams.
- Strong understanding of field production equipment, logistics, inventory, and asset management.
- Ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and handle high-pressure live-event situations.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including to rural constituencies and at short notice.
- Comfortable working extended hours, weekends, and during long campaign tours.
