Job summary

Daira Edtech is seeking a Head of Operations to lead field operations across Telangana, Gujarat and Odisha from Hyderabad. You will own onboarding, implementation support and the Academy training line, ensuring smooth deployments and impactful outcomes.

You will build and guide field, admin and logistics teams, monitor deployment health, and drive renewals by delivering consistent value and reliable delivery across all sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations across multi-site or multi-state delivery.
• Experience standing processes up, not only running existing ones.
• Comfort with travel across three states.
• Bias for deployment longevity.
