Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day to day operations of Cyond and ensure smooth coordination between different teams.
• Manage and monitor the in house Sales team and ensure leads, follow ups and sales activities are handled properly.
• Coordinate with our outsourced Marketing teams, monitor their work and manage marketing budgets across relevant platforms.
• Work closely with the Tech Head and coordinate with the in house Developer team to ensure technology requirements are completed on time.
• Regularly review all trackers and MIS reports and ensure that teams keep their information updated and accurate.
• Visit sites regularly to understand how our services are being delivered and identify opportunities to improve our processes.
• Interact directly with important clients and stakeholders whenever required and ensure their concerns are handled properly.
• Take ownership of customer escalations and make sure issues are followed through until they are completely resolved.
• Work with the Tech Head and Operations team to maintain the quality of Cyond's services.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the way we work, reduce operational gaps and make our processes more efficient.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms for research, analysis, reporting, productivity, and process improvement.
• Support the leadership team in executing new initiatives and projects as the company grows.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Operations, Strategy, Sales and Marketing or a related specialization.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Business Management, Project Management, Sales Operations or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in day-to-day work.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities at the same time.
• A willingness to travel for site visits and understand our operations on the ground.
• Experience in Construction, PropTech, Real Estate, Home Services, Technology or another startup environment will be an added advantage.
