ZeroMoblt is seeking a hands-on On-site Operations Supervisor in Hyderabad to oversee daily field activities. You will lead drivers, coordinators, and support staff, ensure SOP compliance, monitor attendance, vehicle readiness, and route execution, and drive continuous improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and 0-1 year in operations, logistics, or field supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and tech skills in MS Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational protocols.
• Monitor attendance, boarding status, vehicle readiness, and route execution.
• Identify operational issues and resolve them proactively to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate with the Customer Support, Operations, and Helpline teams to ensure accurate real-time communication.
• Conduct routine operational audits and maintain discipline across field teams.
• Prepare daily operational reports and elevate critical issues to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure customer complaints and field escalations are resolved promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions.
