OneCard is seeking a Debt Recovery Agent to conduct daily field visits to customer addresses and collect overdue payments, EMIs, or outstanding debts.

You will negotiate settlements, establish manageable payment plans, and maintain professional communication while adhering to FDCPA and RBI guidelines, with zero coercive methods.

Compliance, ethics, and accurate reporting are essential as you coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve delinencies efficiently.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate issued by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) or recognized regulatory body.
