Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field collection experience mandatory.
• Experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Commercial Vehicle, or other unsecured/retail collections preferred.
• Strong communication skills in the local language are essential.
• Confident and comfortable handling field recovery activities.
