Job summary

FinAGG in Kolkata, India seeks a seasoned debt collections manager to lead a team of collectors and drive monthly targets for loan recoveries and NPAs. You will organize field visits, negotiate repayment plans, and implement effective recovery strategies.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial data for trends and risks, producing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in debt collection or related field (NBFC).
• Strong knowledge of debt management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to draft legal documents such as letters of demand or notices.
