Job summary

Nextenti Tech in India is seeking a seasoned maintenance and engineering leader to oversee all facets of facility maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, mentor a team of engineers, coordinate with cross-functional areas, monitor budgets, enforce safety standards, and drive sustainability initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE or BTech) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and engineering operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facility maintenance activities with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition and performance of facilities and equipment.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to oversee project execution, negotiation, and contract management
• Drive initiatives for sustainability and energy conservation, aligning with organizational environmental objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
