Job summary

Altraize in Tumakuru, Karnataka is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of critical building services in commercial facilities. You will manage MEP systems, ensure minimal downtime, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical and mechanical engineering, preventive and predictive maintenance, and strong safety compliance. You will maintain logs, respond to emergencies, and support business continuity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years in Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, or Large Residential Townships.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support business continuity during shifts.
