The role requires a BE/B.Tech or related field with strong analytical and leadership abilities to drive operational excellence and optimize resource use within department policies.

Responsibilities

• Make independent operational decisions within department policies and position scope.
• Gather and analyze data, prepare operational reports, and assess the effectiveness of current and proposed services.
• Recommend improvements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
• Guide supervisors on optimizing the distribution of custodial and general operational resources.
• Evaluate and allocate resources efficiently to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.
• Supervise and lead the facility management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Provide direction, training, and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.
