• Monitor, support & evaluate the team to troubleshoot breakdown maintenance in machines, electrical panels & other equipment
• Verify documents related to breakdown maintenance report preparation, daily checklists, etc.
• Contract work execution
• Evaluate & monitor work permit system
• Periodic request generation for electricity
• Installation, commissioning of new & existing machinery
• Spare parts stores management including procurement & reconditioning
• Execution & renewal of AMC services for facility equipment
• PR generation & purchase follow-up

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Conduct, Review daily performance through GO meeting
• 2. Daily Work allocation & Execution of works in co-ordination with facility technicians
• 3. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Program of Facility & Maintenance
• 4. Monitor, Support & Evaluate the team to troubleshoot all type of breakdown maintenance activities in machines, electrical panels & other equipments
• 5. Monitor & Verification of documents related to breakdown maintenance report preparation, Daily check lists etc.
• 6. Contract work Execution
• 7. Evaluation & Monitoring of work permit system
• 8. Periodic request Generation for Electricity.

• 10. Overall execution of spares procurement, reconditioning & spare parts stores management
