• Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems; HVAC & Chiller Operations; HT/LT Panels; Transformers; Star-Delta Control Wiring; WTP; Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance; Team Handling; Vendor Coordination; Client Management; Good Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor and maintain HT & LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Star-Delta starters and control wiring.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the WTP (Water Treatment Plant).
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and client coordination.
