Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facility Manager Technical to oversee the overall technical operations of a facility in Bengaluru, India. You will lead MEP maintenance, vendor management, and client satisfaction, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, managing budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring statutory and safety compliance across all systems. This role requires strong leadership of technical teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Facility Management or Integrated Facility Management.
• Experience in managing commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate offices, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, statutory compliance, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the facility.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, DG, UPS, STP/WTP, BMS).
• Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and client requirements.
• Lead and supervise technical teams, contractors, and service vendors.
• Monitor service delivery as per SLA and KPI commitments.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and MIS.
• Manage facility budgets, utility consumption, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients for operational requirements, escalations, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure 100% compliance with EHS policies and permit-to-work procedures.
• Support mobilization of new sites and technical transitions.
