Job summary

SILA is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager Technical to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of building infrastructure at a client-managed site.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, supervision of technical teams and vendors, and delivery of safe, compliant, and reliable facility services. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 4–7 years in facility management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in facility management.
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, fire protection, and building operations.
• Strong communication, vendor coordination, and team handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, report preparation, and ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations of the site across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
• Monitor performance of in-house teams and AMC vendors for quality service.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, statutory, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for major repairs and projects.
• Track maintenance logs, utility consumption, and equipment health for reporting.
• Manage asset inventory and procurement of critical spares.
• Handle client escalations, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily technical operations of the site (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, DG, STP, WTP, etc.).
• Support the Property Manager in preventive & corrective maintenance planning and execution.
• Monitor performance of in-house teams and AMC vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for major repairs, installations, and project activities.
• Track maintenance logs, utility consumption, and equipment health for reporting.
• Manage asset inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.
• Handle client escalations, technical audits, and service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to technical performance.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in facility management, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, fire protection systems, and building operations.
• Good communication, vendor coordination, and team handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, report preparation, and ticketing tools.
