Reliance Industries (RIL) is seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across residential and commercial facilities. You will manage building infrastructure, ensure safety standards and timely execution of maintenance and repair activities.

The role requires 10-17 years in civil maintenance, strong contractor management, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• 10-17 years of experience in civil maintenance / facility technical services.
• Strong experience in building and infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in managing civil maintenance across large residential / commercial properties or hospitality facilities.
• Strong exposure to contractor management, estimation, execution and quality control.
• Good understanding of building maintenance, waterproofing, refurbishment and repair works.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end civil maintenance and technical services across residential / commercial facilities.
• Plan and execute preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance of building structures, finishes, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing, roads, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects, deterioration, leakage and repair requirements.
• Plan and execute repair, renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare scope of work, estimates and specifications for civil maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors, AMC vendors and service partners, ensuring quality, timelines and SLA adherence.
• Monitor execution of civil works and ensure compliance with approved specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Facility Management and other teams for integrated maintenance activities.

We are looking for an experienced Civil Maintenance professional to manage civil maintenance and technical services across residential and commercial facilities. The role will be responsible for maintaining buildings, infrastructure and common areas while ensuring quality, safety and timely execution of maintenance and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end civil maintenance and technical services across residential / commercial facilities.


• Plan and execute preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.


• Oversee maintenance of building structures, internal and external finishes, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing-related civil works, roads, pathways and common areas.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify civil defects, deterioration, leakage, seepage and repair requirements.


• Plan and execute repair, renovation and refurbishment projects.


• Prepare scope of work, estimates and specifications for civil maintenance activities.


• Manage contractors, AMC vendors and service partners, ensuring quality, timelines and SLA adherence.


• Monitor execution of civil works and ensure compliance with approved specifications and safety standards.


• Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Facility Management and other teams for integrated maintenance activities.


• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, measurements and completion reports.


• Support CAPEX / renovation projects and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.


• Drive cost optimization and identify opportunities to improve asset condition and service quality.


• Ensure timely resolution of employee / occupant complaints related to civil infrastructure.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and site procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• 10-17 years of experience in civil maintenance / facility technical services.


• Strong experience in building and infrastructure maintenance.


• Experience in managing civil maintenance across large residential / commercial properties or hospitality facilities.


• Strong exposure to contractor management, estimation, execution and quality control.
