Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and monitor housekeeping, security, and other support service teams.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the premises.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
• Address occupant or guest concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records related to daily operations, vendor activities, and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping and facility-related consumables and coordinate replenishment.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure a positive experience for occupants and visitors.
